Goldking Mould pays highly attention to its internal quality control, technical innovation, and enhancing making standard. All of our operators are well trained before on duty. Every one of them is responsible for quality with in their duties.
Quality is our life and will never be compromised. We have already achieved ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 certification. We have strict quality control system internally, this quality sense have been implemented on each process. Meanwhile, we also have very strict supplier verification system, and we execute the regular audit to assure the best quality raw materials.
With advanced imported measuring devices and efficient control system, the quality of each mold is assured by our professional quality engineers from design to construction to sample to pre-shipment.

1. Incoming Quality Control includes steel hardness and full inspections on steels, mold base, brass and components.
2. In-Process Quality Control includes document and data check, design optimization, electrode inspection, cavity and core & insert inspection, pre-assembly inspection, trial report and samples inspection.
3. Final Quality Control includes pre-shipment inspections on mould and packing; the steel certificates, 2D and 3D mold design, mold trial video area ttached to theshipment as well.
